台大亞比中心Same-sex Marriage in Asia國際學術研討會

亞比中心於2025年10月27日至28日，舉辦一場以同性婚姻為主題之國際學術研討會，會議旨在匯集各國學者以及實務工作者，一同針對亞洲已承認同性婚姻或逐步保障同性親密關係之國家與地區，探討同性婚姻政策實施後，對其法律傳統、文化價值觀與社會制度所造成的影響，或是這些因素如何影響同婚體制之形成。我們期許透過婚姻與家庭制度變遷之跨領域對話，得以為相關法律與社會政策之發展提供理論與實踐的可能性。

The GARC announces an international academic conference on "Same-sex Marriage in Asia," scheduled for October 27–28, 2025. The conference aims to bring together scholars and practitioners from various countries to discuss the impact of same-sex marriage policies on legal traditions, cultural values, and social systems in Asian countries that have legalized same-sex marriage or are taking steps to protect the rights of same-sex partners. It will also examine how these factors influence the development of same-sex marriage systems. Through an interdisciplinary dialogue on the changing nature of marriage and family institutions, we seek to explore new theoretical and practical possibilities for legal and social policies to promote gender equality.
