計量・数理政治学会 (The Japanese Society for Quantitative Political Science, JSQPS, (https://sites.google.com/view/jsqps/)) の2026年夏季研究集会における報告者 (口頭またはポスター) を以下の要領で募集します。奮ってお申し込みください。参加登録に関する案内は5月下旬にお知らせします。
1. 日時と場所
* 2026年7月4日 (土)、5日 (日)
* 一橋大学 国立東キャンパス (https://www.hit-u.ac.jp/guide/campus/kunitachi.html)
* 対面開催のみ
* 要事前登録
* 収容定員の都合上、定員に達し次第登録終了とさせていただく場合があります。
* 懇親会も開催する予定ですが、こちらも上限に達し次第、登録終了とします。
* ポスターセッションに参加できるよう、ランチはご自身でご用意ください。
* 参加者には、他のセッションの司会やメンターをお願いすることがあります。
* Wifiはeduroamがお使いいただけます。eduroam用のアカウントはご自身の所属大学で事前に発行してください。
2. 内容・目的
* 広く計量・数理政治学について、主に英文ジャーナルに投稿することを目指している論文の報告を募集します。発表は日本語でも構いません。
3. 報告応募締切と方法
* 4月23日 (木)までに以下のサイトよりお申し込みください。

* 報告タイトルと150語から250語の要旨 (いずれも英語) を提出してください。
* 企画委員会が要旨を審査し、5月11日 (月) までに採否をメールでお知らせします。
* 報告の応募は、1人1件のみとします。ただし、共著者としてプログラムに複数回名前が掲載されることは妨げません。なお、複数応募した場合は最後の報告申請のみが審査されます。
4. その他
* 参加費を徴収します。参加費は、参加登録までにお知らせします。参加費は返金されません。残金は、JSQPSの会計に繰り込まれます。
* 5月下旬にJSQPSウェブサイト上（https://sites.google.com/view/jsqps）でプログラムを公開します。
* 報告者は6月26日 (金) までに、報告スライドないしはポスター (可能であれば論文も) をGoogle Driveで共有してください。報告採択後に、アップロード方法等詳細を連絡します。
* 参加者間交流と議論を深めるため、報告者の方には基本的に終日参加していただくのが本研究会の趣旨です。
* 昼食の時間帯に、大学院生を対象としたグループメンタリングの機会を設ける予定です。詳細は、参加登録の案内とあわせてお知らせします。
* 諸手続きを要する参加者のために、以下の2点の書類を電子的に発行することができます。ビザの申請手続等のためにこれ以上の対応を行うことは、基本的にできませんので、ご理解ください。
1. 参加登録の際に、公式の招待状（official invitation letter）
2. 大会終了後に、参加証明書（certification of attendance）

Call for Proposals, JSQPS 2026 Summer Meeting
We are delighted to announce the 2026 Summer Meeting of the Japanese Society for Quantitative Political Science (JSQPS), scheduled for July 4th (Sat) and 5th (Sun). We extend an invitation for oral/poster presentations based on original research. Below are details regarding the meeting and the proposal submission process. Information about participant registration will be disseminated by the end of May.
1. Date and Venue
* Date: July 4-5 (Saturday and Sunday), 2026
* Venue: Hitotsubashi University, Kunitachi East Campus (https://www.hit-u.ac.jp/eng/about/direction/kunitachi.html)
* This meeting is entirely in-person.
* Registration is required.
* Registration will be closed once the maximum capacity is reached.
* There is also a limit on the number of participants who can attend the reception.
* We ask all participants to bring their own lunch as a poster session will be held during lunch time.
* We may ask the participants to serve as a panel chair or a mentor.
* Wifi is not available except eduroam. To use eduroam, you need to have an account in advance.
2. Objectives
* We invite proposals that emphasize empirical and positive research in political science, aiming for submission to international English-language journals.
3. Proposal Submission
* Please submit your proposal, including a title and an abstract (150-250 words), by April 23, 2026 (Thursday JST) via the following link:

* Notification of acceptance will be sent by May 11, 2026 (Monday).
* You cannot submit more than one proposal. However, you may appear on the program multiple times as a co-author. If you submit multiple proposals, only your most recent submission will be considered.
4. Additional Information
* A participation fee is applicable. You will be notified before registration. The participation fee is not refundable. If we are not able to use all of it, the remaining balance will be deposited into the bank account of JSQPS.
* The final program will be made available by the end of May on the JSQPS website (https://sites.google.com/view/jsqps/).
* Participants must upload their presentation slides or poster to Google Drive by June 26, 2026 (Friday).
- Paper submission is not required but encouraged.
* After proposal acceptance, detailed instructions for uploading materials will be provided.
* We request that presenters participate in the entire program for the day of their presentation, not only in their own session, so we can maximize opportunities for discussion and socializing.
* We plan to offer a mentorship program for graduate students in small to medium-sized groups during the lunch break. Details of the mentorship program will be announced together with the information on participant registration.
* For those participants who need documentations about the meeting, we can electronically issue the following two documents. Please understand that we will not be able to provide you with further assistance regarding your visa application process.
